* The conference has a fixed registration fee, but if you cannot afford it, please contact the Local Organizing Committee (LOC) at loc_lsst_e7@amu.edu.pl to discuss a possible discount. While discounts are not guaranteed, we will do our best to accommodate requests based on available resources.
 


Registration

Registration is available exclusively through the online system, with payments processed via PayU or bank transfer. It will be open until September 14th 2025. In-person and cash payments will not be accepted.

The registration fee for in-person attendance includes access to all sessions and coffee breaks, participation in ice-breaker reception, conference trips, conference dinner and 4 lunches.

Virtual registration provides remote access to all sessions.

Accompanying person

Accompanying person registration includes participation in the ice-breaker reception, conference dinner, and conference trips but does not grant access to sessions, lunches or coffee breaks.

Public transportation

All registered participants can use public transportation in Poznań for free with their conference badge.
